to prevent liquids from running down. Bamboo wood is not only knife-
friendly and robust, but also offers clear advantages from an ecological
point of view. It is a rapidly renewable raw material and is therefore
absolutely on trend. As with all wooden boards, cleaning by hand is
recommended.
